Flint Hill Goods Cargo Carrier Review - 2023 Hyundai Tuscon- Video
How's it going, neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com, and we're taking a look at the hitch-mounted compact cargo basket from Flint Hill Goods on our 2023 Hyundai Tucson. Adding a cargo basket to your hitch is gonna help resolve the issue of having limited cargo space. When you have a vehicle like the Tucson, you only have so much area for those bigger, bulkier items, and this is gonna allow you to get those out on the journey with you, as well as getting those dirtier, more cruddy things that you don't necessarily want inside your vehicle. Our baskets constructed of tubular, black powder-coated steel, and what that means, basically, it's gonna be nice and sturdy for your cargo that you're gonna put back here to hold up to that 500 pound capacity, and the powder coat is gonna hold up against the elements and the abuse just from being on the road. You have nice solid tie down points on the edge if you're gonna use bungee cords or a cargo net. And on the rear, we actually have reflectors that are gonna help increase your visibility. more

How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Flint Hill Goods wheelchair and scooter carrier on our 2023 Hyundai Tucson. Clearly, if you're lookin' at a scooter or a wheelchair carrier, it's to carrier scooter or wheelchair. Beyond that, you can actually get additional use for it as a cargo carrier to carry those bigger, bulkier items that don't necessarily fit into your cargo space. Another really great thing that it can work with is those heavy generators or pressure washers, those items that are on wheels to wheel up onto the back of your Tucson. Our carrier is a folding carrier and it is designed to fold up to stow away when you're not carrying your chair, scooter, or cargo. However, on the Tucson, with our etrailer hitch installed, you just don't have the clearance to fold up the the carrier without making contact to the vehicle, it's just not space for it. more

How's it going, neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com, and we're taking a look at the hitch mounted aluminum cargo basket from Flint Hill Goods on our 2023 Hyundai Tucson. Adding a cargo basket to your receiver hitch has its own benefits similar to adding a cargo box to the roof of your vehicle. With the Tucson, you're pretty limited as far as your cargo space, and with those bigger, bulkier items, this is gonna allow you to have that additional flexibility. So your heavier items that you wouldn't wanna hoist on top of the vehicle, you'd be able to put into your cargo basket on your hitch, and things that you wouldn't want exposed directly to the elements, you can put into a cargo box on your rooftop. Our cargo basket is constructed of extruded aluminum, and what the extruded aluminum does for you, it allows you to have a more stable and rigid material. Aluminum in itself is gonna be corrosion resistant, so you don't have to worry about that, and you have solid tie down points on the end of your carrier. more

Adding a cargo carrier to the back of your vehicle is a great way to add a lot of real estate that you didn't have previous. And also, if you're doing any outdoor activities or if you're doing some home projects that require maybe some messier items, you can leave it on the back of your vehicle in your cargo carrier and not have to mess up the inside of your car. Now this one is a little bit more compact than some of the other ones out there, but this is great for loading up some coolers or whatever else you may have. And overall, you have a 53 1/4 width by 19 3/4 inch depth. more

Having a cargo carrier on the back of your Tucson is really nice, not only just because it gives you a little bit more real estate that you didn't have previous, but also if you're doing some house projects, or you're out and about and you have things that are dirty, you can put it on here and not get the rest of your car disgusting from all that. And the great part about this one being, it's aluminum. So it's gonna be rust proof, that way if it's out in the elements as it's going to be, you're not gonna see this breaking down. It's gonna look good for the lifespan of the cargo carrier. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at the Flint Hill Goods aluminum cargo carrier with a ramp on a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. And cargo carriers are a great way to add some real estate to the back of your vehicle without having to store things inside. And having a ramp here allows you to have any of your heavier wheeled objects be able to roll up the ramp and store safely on your cargo carrier. And this one is rated at 500 pounds. So even with a little bit of weight on it, it's gonna be able to hold up to it. So whether it be a lawnmower, a mobility scooter, a generator, or really anything that's wheeled, it makes it really easy to just kind of roll that up the ramp and get it into place without having to actually lift it up over those rails. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at the Flint Hill Goods Aluminum Cargo Carrier on a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. Being able to add a cargo carrier to the back of your vehicle is a great option, especially for when going on family vacations. Or if you're doing any house projects around the house, you get a whole lot of real estate that you previously didn't have, and especially if the things that you have are dirty, you can keep it out here and still transport them without having to put it in your car and getting your car dirty. Now this one is a pretty decent size coming in at 47 and a quarter by 20 and a half. You also have a six inch height here on your inner rail, so that's gonna keep your contents in place, and it's also got a serious weight capacity at 500 pounds. With an open design, this allows you to strap down your cargo in a bunch of different ways. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the Flint Hill Goods Aluminum Cargo Carrier on a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. Adding the cargo carrier onto the back of your vehicle is definitely a way to optimize a little bit of real estate that you never had before, and it's really great when doing camping or outdoor stuff, or even house projects where all the dirty stuff can live outside here without having to put it in your vehicle. And this rack is really gonna maximize that real estate by having a decent size here. So overall, we have 60 inches by 22, and We also have a seven-inch height here to kind of keep your contents in place. And going along with that, you have plenty of spaces to be able to hook up your ratchet straps or even a cargo net, as all of it's nice and open. Now, being aluminum means that it's super lightweight and that's really nice for moving around when you're not using it and storing it. more

Flint Hill Goods Wheelchair Carrier with Ramp Review - 2022 Hyundai Tucson- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the Flint Hill Goods wheelchair carrier with a ramp on a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. Now having a ramp on this cargo carrier allows you to not only get a mobility scooter or a wheelchair up here but also if you have a lawnmower, a compressor, really anything heavy with wheels, you can load it up. And with a 500 pound capacity, that really opens up to what you can put in here. This is large enough for most mobility scooters and just to check your dimensions at home and if you have one, this is gonna be 50 inches long by 30 inches deep with 6 1/2 overall height, which should be just enough to kind of keep that in place. You also have these nice holes here. That way you can really strap it down with a ratchet or a cargo carrier net, something along those lines to really hold your contents tight. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we are taking a look at the etrailer aluminum cargo carrier on a 2022 Hyundai Palisade. Third row SUV's have come a long way as far as carrying passengers, it's kind of eliminated the minivan for all intents and purposes. But having a lot of friends with third row SUV's, we've gone on vacation with six to seven adults loaded up, there's no room for luggage. We found that out the hard way on a 14-hour drive. That's where this comes into play. This is a third row, but with the third row up, or in place, you're left with not a ton of storage. more

How's it going Ryan here at etrailer.com. Today on our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe, we're going to be taking a look at the etrailer.com tilting and folding cargo carrier. This is going to be one of the larger carriers available, and it's going to measure 24 inches long by 60 inches wide. That's going to give us more than enough room to carry those full size coolers, camping gear, sporting equipment, whatever we might have freeing up space on the inside of the Hyundai for more passengers or pets. And my favorite thing about this carrier is that it has the ability to fold away whenever we're fully loaded to allow us to completely open up our hatch. That's going to be really convenient if you need to get back here, when you have all your stuff stacked up high. more

Reese 24x60 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe- Video
Ryan: How's it going Ryan here at etrailer.com. Today on our 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe, we're going to be taking a look at the Reese Explorer Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier. Our carrier is going to allow us to do a couple of different things, either load up additional cargo on top of what we can carry inside here on the outside, or take all that stuff inside, put it out here, and free up some space for more passengers.This is actually one of the larger carriers available, so it's going to have no problem carrying those full-sized coolers, that sporting equipment, or even camping here. Now, exactly how big it is It's going to be 24 inches long, 60 inches wide, and five and a half inches deep.The bottom is going to be made from a heavy duty mesh. That way it's going to have no problem supporting the weight. And, say if you've got a leaky cooler or something, you're not going to have to worry about that water puddling up in the carrier. more

Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2017 Hyundai Elantra- Video
Today on our 2017 Hyundai Elantra we're going to be taking a look at the CURT 20 by 48 cargo carrier, part number C18110. This cargo carrier is going to be perfect for getting any dirty or wet gear out of your car and making room for passengers. The raised wall on our cargo carrier, along with the attachment points around the edge, is going to make sure our gear is nice and secure while we're going down the road. The mesh floor is going to make it super simple and easy to clean, and the powder coat is going to give it a nice durable finish. Now this is going to add quite a bit to the back of our car, so I'd like to give you a few measurements. From the back of our bumper this is going to extend out right about 27". Now at the closest point, which would be right here, it's going to come in right about 8" at the closest point to our car. more

Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2013 Hyundai Accent- Video
Today on our 2013 Hyundai Accent we're going to be test-fitting the Curt 20x48 inch cargo carrier part number C18145. To mount the carrier to our vehicle, we need to insert the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of the hitch. We'll line up the hitch pinholes, fit in the anti-rattle bolt and tighten it down with a wrench. Next we'll go over a few clearance measurements. We've got about one inch of clearance from the closest part of the cargo carrier to the closest part of the vehicle. We have about nine inches of ground clearance and we've added an overall length of 20 inches to our vehicle. more

Surco Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe- Video
Today were working with a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe and were going to be test fitting Surcos 24 inch by 60 inch cargo carrier, part number 52018. To mount the carrier to our vehicle well insert the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of the hitch. Well line up the hitch pin holes and secure the carrier with the pin and clip. Next we want to go over some clearance measurements. Weve got about 10 inches of ground clearance from the bottom of the carrier to the ground at the rear of our carrier. Overall weve added about 25 inches of length to the rear of the vehicle. more

Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2013 Hyundai Elantra- Video
Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra, we'll be test fitting the Curt 20x48 Cargo Carrier, part number C18145. Now, all we'll need to do is slide the cargo carrier shank into the hitch, line up the hitch pin hole, and install and tighten down our anti-rattle bolt. With the bolt tight, our cargo carrier is secured to the vehicle and we're ready to load it up. Now, we'll go ahead and give you a few measurements. Now, our ground clearance at the cargo carrier is 9 inches. From the closest point of the cargo carrier to the back of the vehicle is 2 inches and the cargo carrier will add an additional 21-1/2 inches of overall length to the vehicle. more
